The British Halal Wagyu Sirloin steak is a popular cut of meat that comes from the upper middle of the cow, behind the ribs but ahead of the rump area.  This is the same area that the T-Bone cuts originate. This is a very succulent steak with rich marbling full of flavour. Our Grass Fed Wagyu Beef cuts are matured in a salt ageing room for that high quality finish.
