  1. Add the marinade, fenugreek leaves, yoghurt, olive oil and mix well
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste, lemon/lime juice to your liking.
  3. Wash and Cut into the chicken legs.
  4. Add to marinade, leave to marinade for 15 minutes,
  5. Add the ghee to the hot pan and allow the ghee to melt then add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until roasted brown.
  6. Garnish with limes and red onion, a sprinkle of coriander and fenugreek leaves.
